My name is Sheila Weinstein. I'm going to be 82 years old next month.
I lived in New York for years before I moved back to Florida. And while I was there, I noticed I was having a lot of problems, most probably from being athletic when I was younger. I sought out someone who had been recommended to me. He was a manual physical therapist. I didn't really know what that was until he began working on me. No machines, nothing but his hands on my body, working out all the problems that I had.

I have to climb 18 steps to get to my home, and with Aaron's help, I've been able to strengthen my legs, my thighs, to take the weight off my knees, and I hope that continues. I continue with physical therapy weekly because if I didn't, I know that being a writer, I'm at the computer all the time. I'm a pianist, so I'm at the piano, and I have neck problems and back problems ongoing. But with the physical therapy that I receive here, I can manage my life beautifully and am generally free of pain.
